So Many Tearjerkers!
Galadriel

Regarding Wilwarin's question about "tearjerkers" ...there are SO many!!! Gandalf's fall in Moria, Sam's line in TTT movie "It's your Sam. Don't you know your Sam?" , the whole of Gollum's tragic character (especially after he feels betrayed by "master"), Eowyn standing outside the Golden Hall after her cousin dies, Boromir's death (why DID they have to have such a handsome man play the part of the guy that dies!?), etc. etc. etc !!!

The whole first scene of the TTT is, for me, a "heart-pounding" scene. So much "eye-candy" in so few minutes, so much excitement, a fabulous and very well-developed character in peril, an awesome balrog, and fantastic music!! I LOVE that scene and the continued story of what happended to Gandalf as he recalls it to Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli.
