To Bob the Builder and Similar People
Tavra

Ok, Bob, I understand your gripes about the movie. And everyone else who has been complaining. But frankly, I'd rather read about rumours, things people have noticed in the movies, and questions that are being answered. I know it's human nature to complain (look what I'm doing right now), but it isn't human nature to want to listen to complaining (don't worry, I'm almost done). So, is there ANY way that people could quit writing about their complaints (unless you have a really good one). The one that bugs me most is, "It should have been longer," or, "Something should have been different." Well, that's great. But there is nothing we can do about it. So, what is the point in saying it? It's getting annoying. Sorry, but we are just getting way too many complaints. If they have a point, I don't mind reading, but most of them lately have been pretty pointless.

By the way, a while ago on this site, there were articles with a whole list of things people noticed in the movies. One that was never mentioned, but I noticed, is that (in the movie) at Amon Hen, Aragorn runs up the stairs onto the platform. When the cheesy made-up character Lurtz yells "find the halfling!" Aragorn jumps down, yelling something. I figured out what he yells. "Earendil." Elrond's father. Kind of like in the book when the characters yell "Elbereth, Gilthoniel" or whatever else they decide to yell. Since Earendil is not in the movie, I guess they put that in there for us fans. Kind of cool.
