Valar Stuff
Lee

ok theres some stuff in the simarillion that i was hoping someone out there can set straight...for me at least. ok, all of the valar witnessed the history of The Earth until well after the awakening of Man. why didnt they know about all of melkor's shananagins? and also, who are the maiar? they were around during the long process of constructing the earth...every valar had a host of maiar. where did these spirits come from? there is also mention of spirits in parts of middle earth (bombadil, shepards of the trees, ungoliant, who is too evil to be created by illuvatar yet was not created by melkor). ok thats it.

ps the hobbit trailer is really dumb.
