What Vile Vial?

Did any of you read that interview with Brad Douriff (Grima) however many weeks ago?

The interviewers were talking about a display of some Grima props, and mentioned that they had seen his costume, his handkerchief (which we've met), and a Vial.

They asked him about the vial, and whether or not we've seen it yet. He said, no. Was it to be in the TT EE? No. Was it to be in the ROTK.

Yes.

Now what could that mean? Did Grima have a vial in the book that has slipped my mind (along with, apparenlty, everything else of importance)?

Or, if not, can anyone think of what could be in store?
