Galadriel Speculation

Frodo_Lives, I can’t tell you for sure what the scene with Frodo and Galadriel is about, but I can hazard a guess, and it is always fun to speculate. I’ll bet it’s another “do not despair, never give up” speech from Galadriel that Frodo will see in a dream or in his mind’s eye probably after he is stung by Shelob. I can just see it… as the poison starts flowing through Frodo’s veins, he hears Sam’s voice calling to him, telling him not to go where he can’t follow. But Frodo is tired. Tired of carrying the Ring and welcomes the blackness that starts to roll over him as Sam’s voice fades into the distance. But then a light appears and the memory of happier times. I’m guessing Galadriel comes to him and the scene we see in the ROTK trailer is set in Lothlorien (or maybe even the Shire), where she will remind him of the Shire, and Bilbo and all the things he holds dear, and that he needs to hold on. He’ll probably wake up in the Tower of Cirith Ungol after this.

Of course, I could be totally wrong, but hey, this works for me. Roll on December! Then we’ll know how PJ works Galadriel into the story.
