Lilly, Figwit stands for "Frodo Is Grea...Who Is THAT?!" ‘Figwit’ is one of the elves attending the Council of Elrond that is, according to his adoring fans, stunningly attractive. The elf in question is played by New Zealander Bret McKenzie. His character is not really called ‘Figwit’, it is just a term of affection invented by his fans. You’d be amazed at the number of websites devoted to him (well, I am).
