The Racial Question (and to Danny)
Mr. Underhill

Danny, I really feel your pain. New Line has given us a great movie, but they really squeeze the money out of the loyal fans. It's not fair that they're only allowing the Trilogy Tuesday to be shown at 99 theater complexes across the USA and even less fair that they're only allowing it to be shown once at each theater. I wasn't planning on going, (I can't watch a 10-hour movie) but some of my friends were and they're probably going to be disappointed.

Secondly, on the issue of what race I would like to be. As evidenced by my name, I would like to be a hobbit. The peace, beauty, and the hominess of the Shire really grabbed me in FOTR. Give me a cozy hobbit hole under a hill and I'll be fine.

"Where are hearts truly lie, is in peace, and quiet, and good tilled earth."
Except for the good-tilled earth part,(Yardwork, ugh) I think I would definitely like to be a hobbit.

P.S. Is anyone keeping track of what each user has picked?

I remain,

Underhill... my name's Underhill
