I have just watched the TTT:EE DVD and I have a wwwhhhoolllleee bunch to say.... so i would get some popcorn and somethin to drink and make yourself cumfy.......

Well first off I have only one word to describe the DVD...... amazing! It was beyond words amazing. It was just WOW!!!!

I absoluteley loved the Boromir flash back. I must confess, I cried! It was sooo amazing to see Boromir being a big brother for a change and not a warrior. I saw Boromir in a whole different light! I really did. I can now see that at the very beginning when he sees the ring it was the ring going to work but it was also his father. I cried soooooo hard when I heard the line "I know Faramir's uses and they are few." And so now I understand, "A chance for Faramir, Captain of Gondor to show his quality." A quote from his dad. He was so engulfed mentally of trying to please his father and win his love that he would take the ring from a hobbit. Words can not even describe how great that was for me.

Another scene that was so great was the ent draught! I loved it! I was sucked into the book. Merry: "You're taller!" Pippin: "Than who?" M:Than me." Then Billy Boyd with that adorable smile, kind of like duh, "I've always been taller than you." GREAT! Then old man willow! That was cool.

Oh and I like all of the Uruk-Hai extended scenes. Especially when they have to give Merry that nasty orc draught. And then Pippin really showing how much he cares about Merry, sticking up for him when they were sticking that stuff down his throat.

And the treebeard extented scences. Like the ent-wives. That was actually quite funny.

The burial of Theodred was good but Eowyn singing, I'm still not sure. It was all quiet and everyone was grieving then all of a sudden like a big boom, Eowyn starts singing/chanting. I have mixed feelings about it. But it was pretty good.

Ok, I really like the extended parts with Frodo and Sam. They were so good. Especially the salt. And the elvish rope. Oh and when Sam says to Faramir that he has shown his quality "to the very highest," i again cried! That was so great.

Ah, speaking of Faramir, I now don't like his charator change even more. Even with the explantaion that Phillipa Boyens gave I am still not satisfied. I know that I am now probably the only one who is still not excepting of Faramir's change, but that's what makes him so great. I think that he was probably still mentally not tormented but like taunted or teased by the Ring but he didn't let that phase him in the books. And in the books his father still hates him but he doesn't take the Ring. And now, Faramir, noble Faramir let his men meet the stuffing out of Gollum! I was so mad. Then he starts strangling him at the drains! I was not a happy camper.

One more thing, then I am done, I promise!!! Merry and Pippin finding old tobey. I think they found too much old tobey. They sounded stoned! They did! Pippin all like "Ah, dont be hasty." Then their laughs sounded like they had too much old tobey! haha
