Faramir/Eowyn *spoilers* and the Premiere

I can live with Saruman being cut out of ROTK. But I was really looking forward to seeing Eowyn and Faramir at the Houses of Healing. And not only is that romance being cut out, but now I hear that everything with the Houses of Healing is gone? PJ! How could you?

I have a question: We all know that ROTK will be officially open to the public, but then why do I keep seeing all of these news clippings about how the movie will premiere "next week"? I'm very confused.....
