Shanks and the Like
Jarrickon Half-elven

Frodo_Lives, what Sam says is: ". . .,or I'll have you, Longshanks!" Longshanks is one of Aragorn's nicknames in Bree (in the book) apart from Strider. It is in reference to his tall height; 'long' being obvious and 'shanks' being a term (possibly Old or Middle English, but I'm not sure) refering to legs or pants.

Oh, and just in supplement to Olliephaunt's post on Andúril; in the movie he carries a "Ranger" sword until The Sword of Kings was reforged and brought to the King by Elrond at presumably Dunharrow. In the book, he carries the Shards of Narsil with him until The Flame of the West is reforged at Rivendell right before the Fellowship leave it.

Namárië!
