Funny you bring that up. Amazing though how we don't learn from history. I was just thinking about WW2 and pretty much the same thing happened. France (I have nothing against France, and it might have been some other countries) wanted to talk it out with Hitler. They didn't want to fight him but talk about it. Their view changed when they were invaded by him. So I'm glad Bush is getting rid of Sadaam.
Now a few things about the movie. First of all I was disapointed with the special effects when Deagol goes down into the water. It looked so cheesy! But after that it got better. I can understand why they put in the part about Gollum, but I didn't really like it. The battle scenes in the movie were totally awsome! I also like how they managed to keep it pretty light. I thought the second movie was darker with the Battle of Helms deep. The ending was a little too long, but I liked how they did it. I can't wait to see the extended version! Does anyone know the day it comes out? I was wondering if I could count down with Lilly!:) Well I hope ya'll had a wonderfull Christmas!-Elanor
