Re: a Question, Agreement!
Jarrickon Half-elven

Frodo_Lives, Gandalf does indeed go to the Grey Havens (also known as the Harbors of Mithlond). However, this is not before leaving Middle-earth. The Grey Havens are IN Middle-earth; they surround the Gulf of Lhun on the edge of the Sundering Seas and are easily accessible by any creature, Man or Elf, Dwarf or Hobbit (or in Gandalf's case, Maia Ainu). The elf-ships from the Grey Havens sailed to Valinor, Aman, the West, Valimar, The Blessed Realm, whichever of its vastly numerous names (it certainly is a Tolkienian place) you want to use. Gandalf went aboard one of the last of these grey ships into the West, which is, indeed, where he came from (heralding back to a previous debate), along with the other four Istari.

Namárië!
