RotK EE Running Time
Bob Praz

Just a quick post for those who haven't heard.

PJ has confirmed that the Return of the King Extended Edition clocks in at 4 hours and 10 minutes, which means 50 minutes of extended scenes.

Well, the ROTK theatrical version was so awesome on its own that the Extended Edition can (hopefully) be nothing less than a prodigiously life-changing experience that will satisfy fans for the LOTR movie void that will follow.
For one thing I hope there will be much more of Éomer in the EE.
