J: Journey Home
Elendur

This post is about everthing from the time the Ring was thrown into Mount Doom to the time the hobbits reached Hobbiton. Keep in mind that I am biased in that Elijah Wood really bugs me(this is not a criticism of him or his acting: I just don't like him very much) and he does a lot of talking.

1: That silly fade-out on Mount Doom. What were they thinking???

2: The scene where Sam wakes up is one of the best...

"Is everthing sad going to come untrue? What's happened to the world?"

...and they give it to Frodo.

3: I've already talked about the crowning in a couple of other posts but I want to add one thing. I think the it would have been much more spectacular in front of the gate.

4: Elijah Wood talking through the pan over the map.(like I said...)

I'll get to the Havens later.

PS- To Jevic of Highgate: Tolkien was a Catholic and(though I don't agree with a lot of Catholic beliefs) I believe he was a Christian.

PPS- To Pippen: Annatar's posts are hilarious but in case you haven't noticed he speaks in the place of Sauron(ash nazg...). He's KIDDING. No, the Valar do not eat Hobbits.
