Academy Awards
Magic Fire

I would just like to take the opportunity to add to the overwhelming happiness that the Academy actually did what it should have done two years ago and give all the credit where credit was due to Peter Jackson, the cast and crew of this incredible rendition of our favorite book! I was irked however, that the ROTK was not nominated for cinematography and, maybe if it had been (and I wonder if this was done on purpose) that it would have broken the record for Oscars for a single movie instead of tieing.

Also, did any body see the Pre-oscars red carpet program on E where Peter Jackson said something about doing The Hobbit. I came in at the end of it and missed what he was saying and would sure like to know!

Again, Congratulations PJ and all for three super years!!!!!!
