Don't Try to Deny the Truth
Pip
You are the ultimate geek Praz. ;)
Nice way to start my artical. Well here I am, back again... still too busy to be doing this, but I just recently saw ROTK again and thought I might add something to the discussion.
Frodo_lives, I think that Gandalf did not remember Aragorn and the others because he had gone through such a life changing thing... as he said (in the movie) "each day was as a life-age", and well, if things were going that slow, I think I'd forget people as well. Wizard or no wizard.
Well, I'd just like to bring up one more thing (that's been brought up before) about ROTK. When Aragorn and Co. go and knock on the gates of Mordor, they all have ridden up on horses, right? Well, when the orcs decide to answer and attack, the horses are... well... kind of not there anymore. Where did they go? One of my friends suggested that maybe they just decided to go home... that they weren't of much use anymore.
Which I don't really understand, because they could've trampled some more orcs and helped a whole bunch. I guess it makes for a more dramatic ending if the poor soldiers and left to fend for themselves though...
but still...
I am typing very fast right now, so I apologize for any spelling errors or wackiness in my artical.
Running, as usual,
;)
