Hi,
Celebrian was Arwen's mom. She was the daughter of Galadriel and Celeborn. On a visit to Lorien, while crossing the Misty Mountains, she was attacked, captured,and tortured by orcs.Her sons rescued her, and Elrond healed her,(did I mention she got poisoned?) but by then M-e was rather depressing to her and she set sail for Aman.
Gilrain(the name is spelt incorrectly-sorry) was Aragorn's mom. She died when he was comparitively young. It is from her death scene that we get"I gave hope to the Dunedain- I kept none for myself" line.
Fanduilas(ditto) was Boromir's and Faramir's mom. I believe she died giving birth to Faramir. Gee, yet another reason Denethor dislikes Faramir.
