Unnumbered Tears
Annatar

Just wondering, wouldnt it be great if the story leading up to and of the Great battle of Unnumbered Tears, was expanded and given the LOTRs treatment, instead of the overview approach. Maedhros was of course without doubt the coolest Elf. Celebrimbor wasnt bad either, but more from a skill point of view, I doubt he could have been accused of being cool. Maedhros, well he had a certain bad boy image for a goodie. The Oath, kinslaying, silver handed etc.
He should have been High King. Much better than Fingolfins brats. Just imagine that on the silver screen! The armies clashing, numerous Balrogs, Fingon getting it in the neck. Hurin alone slaying left and right. Ah God help me but I love it so.
Me? Patton? NEVER! hehe
Tis a good thing war is so terrible or we'd grow too fond of it. Only one thing worse than battle won, a battle lost. I swear Wellington said both of them. Wise Irishman.

Anyways see you all later :) Ash Nazg...
