Annatar

Faerlas you said about the 100,000 people thing could depends on location, I agree, Lovely Donegal or Limerick(stab city), but overall...

I think basically its like this, in the US and Europe, only the ejits get on TV. We only get to hear their voice and so, try as we might we label all of a country to be like them.
I think the whole we must guard against the government, so we must have weapons is a little paranoid, but then I'm the one preaching don't trust Politicians. Damn! gimmie a gun! You've convinced me.
Oh the whole War of Independence thing, No taxation without representation. You do know Boston etc had lower Taxes and higher standard of living than London, Liverpool at that time? That it was all orchestrated by rich merchants who wanted amongst other things Native American land. The British had made agreements that the colonies would not grow westward.
Ah I do love being contrary!

About the media being anti-american, it cannot be, it can never be, worse than the Britsh press to virtually any British Government. The Government is not the Country nor is the dirt beneath your feet, the People are.
Over here for the past 30 years the governments have take money illegally from old age pensioners. It hit the fan recently and the government of today tried to weasel out of paying them all back. Now thats just evil! No matter what the reasons (a bill of €2 billion or so) you don't rob the weak! I'll curse the governement to High Heaven but it doesnt make me less proud to be Irish and of our country. A country is more than the Idiots that run it.

Opalys The Crow, move over to Ireland - take all your family too!

It kinda struck me, perhaps talking politics is not a good idea.

Lets talk about religion instead!
No only joking! Can of worms... blood flying...

Any one read David Gemmell books???

See you all later :) Ash Nazg...
