Are those Hobbit hotel rooms, not to mention their furnishings, actually Hobbit-sized? If so, would anyone stay in them? If not, can they really be said to be Hobbit rooms, as opposed to merely being Hobbit-like or Hobbit-ish?

Also, can anyone else come up with a series of questions more pedantic, irrelevant and inane than the above series?
