Well, I guess that real people can sleep there! Otherwise, how would the owner make money? But maybe...are hobbits real? Where do they live? Do they pay taxes? Is it normal that my feet sing me songs when I scratch my soul on Mars during the life of the wall's nuts?...What sound makes the color green?...sorry, got carried away!

Would it be fun if there was a "Lord of the rings vacation"? Some sort of a theme vacation where you could participate in one of the famous battles from the trilogy, celebrate in the Shire, have a bal in Rivendell etc...but it would probably cost a fortune to make this project come true...it would be cool!

Other subject, after the big success of LOTR, I wonder if Peter Jackson feels this big pressure on him when he makes other movies? I mean, people will expect so much from his movies! Does he fear "flops"?
