The Two Towers

Lately I have noticed the massive debate considering the title "The Two Towers" and whether or not it has anything to do with the past 9/11 attacks (which isn't surprising). Petitions have been springing up everywhere with hundreds of people either upset over the title or upset with those that are working against it.

So, I now want to give my honest opinion over the whole situation...people who are angry at Peter Jackson for giving the film the title "The Two Towers" need to GET OVER IT. Call me whatever you wish...heartless, stuck up, etc. But honestly, the title was given to the story line round 1954 (or so my sources tell me). How could possibly be related to the 9/11 attacks? If you are making a movie from a novel, you do not change the title. It's a "duh".

So, call me heartless or whatnot, but if people are getting upset over something this miniscule, they need to realize that there are much bigger problems in the world than worrying about a movie title.

This is my opinion and I hope no one is offended by it (though I am sure it is nearly impossible). I am sorry if anyone is. Thanks Tolkien Movies for the chance to share my voice.
