The Board Has Almost Broken!
Farlas

Congratulations Annatar, you were almost the second person to cause me to break the board on my head, but luckily, Everett nailed you rather well on that one, so my poor little board is safe. For now. Wait, maybe it is! I am sunburnt at the moment. (Lovely shade of cherry red btw.) And this summer is projected to be one of the hottest summers in Michigan in thirty some-odd years. Last week it was around 90 degrees Farhenheit (around 32 degrees Celsius), and supposedly August is suppose to be even hotter. (I'M JOKING! I'M JOKING!)

Question for the general public: Now, I thought (probably wrong) that in science, you wanted the most precise and specific measurement possible for anything. With my very unscientific mind I compared Fahrenheit and Celsius and decided that Celsius had the bigger units and was therefore not as specific. (Now, I haven't even bothered trying to think about Kelvins so, remembering that...)so I ask, why does the scientific community use Celsius? Just a question. It's bugged me for years...

Do not get me started on Michael Moore, Mr. "I'm just an average guy. ...I bought a yacht last week and am going to pick it up tomorrow..." Sorry, but I know nor have heard of any average person with a yacht!

Wouldn't mind having one though... Oh Houghton Mifflin! I have this book I'm ready to submit called...

*Loud thunk of reality setting in* Ouch!
