Rat Land

JJ the inhabitants of the Rat land of the shire came from the Gladden fields area, before that probably further east. What are they? Perhaps a branch of mankind? One story has it that it was a result of the Witch of Lorien experimenting on poor unfortunate humans as they wandered by. Stunted their growth and when she got tired, set them loose along the banks of the Anduin.
What the truth is, Annatar doth not know, but he wouldn't put it past Her to do it.

Faerlas was spot on with what we talk about... politics of the United Kingdom?? hmmmm not sure o' thatun.
