Hello everyone. This is my first article, but I have been watching the current debates for quite some time. Personally I agree with whoever said that the Glorfindel vs. Arwen, Balrog Wings or not, etc. debates have been going on too long. But I guess people will talk about whatever they want to talk about. :-) Although I thought there were some parts of the movie that could have been better, e.g. Council of Elrond & Lothlorien, but I liked the movie (I've seen it 3 times, & I'm counting the days to TTT) also the movie introduced me to Tolkien. Now I've read LOTR twice, and I'm trying to read the Silmarillion. (Hard reading!) Phew! I Really like this debating corner and getting everyone's takes on the movie & the books. Keep it up!
