Can't Find Anything Nice to Say?
Cat101

I don't understand why you people only concentrate on all the not so great parts of the movie. Sure there were some things that shouldn't have been cut, like Bombadil, but all in all I thought the film makers did a very good job creating Middle Earth.

Also I think PJ made a wise decision (not in cutting Bombadil) but by enhancing Arwen's role. Back when Tolkien wrote the books no women would have said anything against how little role the women played in the book. But in today's society, women would have spoken up against how little they were included in the movie and it possibly would not have been as popular as it is now.
