If I do...
Farlas

If I ever manage to get around to those, rest assured it shall be some time from now. I have it on very good authority that after we read Pilgrims Progress we shall read Pride and Prejudice. If A Tale of Two Cities was any indication... I'm going to be explaining it to half the class. *sigh* I think I'm going to chuck Cliff's Notes at them and then go away.

I had to go chapter by chapter through A Tale of Two Cities with this one poor girl who was half convinced Saint Antione was a woman. (I made this error the first time through... til I reached the end of book two. I wish Charles Dickens would give warning ere he goes on metaphorical ramblings!!!)

This is the curse of being a Tolkien fan... if you managed to read LOTR and the Silmarillion and kept track what was going on, then you have a good reading comprehension level and can keep good track of plot lines. This apparently is not a skill most teens have. I managed to do both, and as a result, I seem to be one of the very few, if not only, that actually understands what I read the first go 'round. Then it's, "Farlas!!! PLEASE HELP! I'm SO LOST! You understand this junk better than I do!"

*sigh*

Sorry I just ranted...

Well, I'm off. I have script to write, a world to create, a language to compose, and supper to eat. Supper being the most important thing on the list... LOL!
