What next...?
Annatar

Farlas, there may have been a little crossed wires over the Curse thang. Its is just that if there is a curse, this implies a "Curser". 'Course Adam/Eve could be seen as Cursing themselves which would make nice sense.
I just hate any negative (even a hint) action being associated to God. Appologies if I misunderstood and jumped the gun.
Its abit like a Sign that warns, "Dont touch this bare electrical wire or you will get hurt", an eejit comes along reads the warning and touches it anyway. The sign only said what would happen, it didnt actually Curse him into the hospital.
I have heard too many fools saying "Ah so'n'so was born with a handicap because his father/mother sinned and this is God's punishment" Now that would be the actions of an Evil God. Makes one wonder, what kind of cruel God do these people believe in. God is a Just God, he would never punish the Innocent, or punish another for the faults in others.

As for the Adam and Eve's fall from Grace, all sins have ripples for good and evil, Affecting those who had no dealing in it. Adam/Eve sinned and had to leave the Garden - entering a world of pain, hurt and death. We, the decendants, are not being punished by God for this fall. We are just dealling with its Fallout sotaspeak.

A positive side to this God illuminates for us is because of the pain and death this world brings, we have (or should have) a greater appreciation for all things Good. You (perhaps) can only know real happiness if you have already tasted a little pain.
Everyone has...
A bit like, without Hate, there can be no Love.
Hmmmmm For Every action there is an Equal and Opposite Reaction.... kinda thang.
Thats not to say God wants pain for us so we can appreciate the good things better, its just that God turns ALL things, Good and Evil to his advantage. God would love it if we all went through life without stubbing a toe.........
Opps, sorry! just me musing on different things, thoughts....
