Farlas, The Bible never mentions atoms, sub-atomic particles etc yet God uses them to build/create all things. God doesnt give us an inventory of his materials and tools, but just because he doesnt, doesnt mean they are not hanging from a peg in His Heavenly Workshop.

The throwing up of bits (atoms? Parts? Chunks?) of metal to get a mustang.... well ignoring the fact the bits of metal are separate to each other and not part of a living whole (so unrelated to evolution - Apples and Oranges)... if they were thrown up an infinte number of times you will assuredly get a Mustang. Eventually.
A bit like an ininite number of monkeys pounding away on an infinte number of typewriters for infinity WILL (at some stage) give you the complete works of Charles Dickens.

Saw a bit of a groovy programme the other night. Analysing DNA scientists have found we ALL decend from one group (indeed one man). This group of humans numbered in just a few thousand. A result of a near extinction - super volcano.
The number of DNA changes can indicate how many generations since it occured (even apart from the carbon record). In the region of 70 thousand years ago. Predating the Genesis start by oooh what 64 thousand years?!?
'Course the results using DNA etc could be wrong. Indeed if such is the case would this not affect all criminal cases using DNA evidence? If indeed DNA research is flawed...
Or can we cherry pick the bits we like?

The Noah's Ark issue highlights how the Bible in not to be taken totally literally. Yet loads of people still believe the entire world was flooded and not just the part of the middle east that was the world to Noah.
Fodder, food, time and breeding stock shows such is the case - a regional flooding. See previous posts.... mountains of meat and preserving salt.
And barrels/containers for same...

Ohhhh Opalys, Holidays... yeah just had one low key week off work. Saving for El Wedding next year. Trying anyways. Another week off in August... no idea what to do/where to go though. Oh well.
