Magic
Annatar
What is the definition of magic? Acts that defy the laws of physics etc?
Magic employs the Supernatural/Paranormal.
Paranormal - "any phenomenon that in one or more respects exceeds the limits of what is deemed physically possible according to current scientific assumptions."
Magic in Middle-Earth... I dont know. Are all "magic" folk employing a talent that manipulates yet undiscovered laws of nature, or do they act outside of this?
Elves etc dont see it as magic because it is natural for them to use it. Other folk that dont have the talent call it magic. Which is right depends on if the talent obeys known and unknown laws of nature.
The "Magic/Power" of Maiar like Gandalf is the same used by Sauron and Saruman. It is only how it is used that makes it evil/good.
Hmmmmm might Honeymoon in the US... so yeah might take up the offer of a tent :D
"slan agus beannacht de"
(Pron - slawn ug'us ban'uct jay - roughly)"Bye and God's blessing on you "
Buh Bye :) Ash Nazg
