Something Nice
Curious George

Since we are moving toward the better aspects of the film, instead of dwelling on the parts that we didn't like, I'd like to say how pleased I am with the portrayal of Samwise Gamgee. I felt that the film truely captured the essence of his character. I get teary eyed whenever I see the scene where Sam goes after Frodo even though he can't swim. He is willing to die for his friend. I only wish PJ would have shown the part where Sam begins to cry after Gandalf sends Bill the pony back to Bree. That was a very endearing moment that illustrated how innocent the Hobbits were, their strength,(especially Sam) and how pure their emotions are.
