What debate are you talking about?
I'll try to ansewr though...

1. Riding in on the horse: I strongly disagree with letting Arwen ride in to save Frodo. They only gave her that part so that she would look like she did something importent.

2. The love story: Nice touch, I think that lots of people liked the love story with Aragorn and Arwen (but as allways, I must allso add that my friend should have taken Arwen's place in the love story).

3. Arwen being in The Two Towers: Well, what can I say? I don't know axsacly what she's doing in The Two Towers, since she was not in the book the last time I read it, I only hope that she will not take over Galadriel again.

4. Galadriel and Arwen: Why did Arwen get more fame and credit then Galadriel. Any one knows who have read The Fellowship of the Ring that Arwen never aperd in it. Exspesally with the horse. All she ever did in her long boring life was marry Aragorn, and grieve over his death (in the appendix).

5. The necalles being given to Aragorn: And whene did this ever happen? I did not do a lot of research, and do not know alot about the neckales, but what I do know is this; It makes you live forever (I am gessing unless you are killed?). But I allso know that from the apendix, Aragorn dies of old age, and how dose he die, if it never menchans him giving the neckalles (or Arwen at that point) away.
