The Ring: Destroy It or Embrace It?

Brett C, welllll ok maybe i might be a little arrogant about saying Sauron is the next most powerful Maiar after Eonwe. Maybe. Where i heard Sauron was Number 2 i cant quite place. but anyways, the five Istari were sent to balance the threat of Sauron... it took FIVE other Maiar to match Sauron in power. where do i get this from? well the fight between good and evil is always equally balanced, this give true freedom of choice. so maybe ive a right to be arrogant, it took five maiar to match me. On a different note, i just wondered how many people let their imagination wonder what would happen if they came into possession of such a ring. would they destroy it??? honestly now, would anyone?!! personnaly i wouldnt even struggle to do "the right thing". gimme power NOW embrace the dark part of the soul :). Power corrupts, ultimate power corrupts ultimately... i cant see whats wrong with that ;)i could get used to the title Dark Lord. hey Brett C, i got these nine rings im doing nothing with them... want one?? it will make you wealthy and powerfull! hahaha i can see how being The Deciever could get addictive. see you later!
