Origins of the Nazgul

This is mostly in regards to Chris B.'s question of the origin of the Nazgul. It is my understanding and I have no source material here at work (shuhss don't tell the boss) that the Nazgul were from all over Middle Earth. I know the Witch King of Angmar was a Black Numenorean named Murazor, and at least two others were also Black Numenoreans. The other ringwraiths were from the Easterlings, Variags, Mumakani and Haradrim. Any one with further info please post as the Nazgul were always popular with me.
