Faith in Middle Earth

I fully believe that the races of Middle Earth would need faith. Sure the Elves are "guaranteed" to go into the West, to Valinor. That being as a sort of "Heaven". Yet what of Men, Hobbits and Dwarves? Men would have to have faith. Nowhere in JRRT's writing does it say what happens to men and hobbits when they die. Except that Men have a separate fate(Not the exact words, but close). I would believe that hobbits share the same "Fate" whatever that may be. Faith exists in ME.
