Boromir
Deb

I think the actor that impressed me the very most was Sean Bean as Boromir. From "'tis a barren wasteland.....not with 10,000 men could you do this. It is folly." I was hooked. I think Sean Bean portrayed the anger, the pessimism of a man having grown up with a view of Mordor, and the pure visual look of Boromir. Sean Astin was another one. And of course Ian McKellan. He was the perfect Gandalf. I don't think any one of our "ideas" of Gandalf could be very far from the Gandalf that Ian McKellan portrayed.
