Whats Wrong With Arwen?

I was just writing to ask a question about something which has been growing on my mind lately. Why is everyone criticising Arwen? People complain about her and how they replaced Glorfindel with her. I admit it is a bit confusing. But I thought it was good that they showed her so that people wouldn't be mad in ROTK when she shows up and marries Aragorn. It is in direct link with the fact that people complain about taking Bombadil out. I personally was glad because it saved time. In the book I thought the Bombaldil parts were a bit dull and almost cheesy.
And for the people who dislike her because she was a model or for some related reason. You are just mad you are NOT a celebrity. She was played very well. ROCK ON LIV!!!!
