July 25, 2002 Fans In repsonse to Ray S.'s post, I'de like to say something. Ok, yes, I have to admit that it annoys me that some people think they know every thing just because they saw the movie. But honestly, it is really snobby of you to act so arrogant. Some people are just not able to pick up a 1000 page book and start reading. I read the books after I saw the movie and I realized that they were very different. Many of my friends have seen the movie but have never read the books. Either way, it's still fun to talk to them about it. It isn't like they don't know anything about the story. Here's a radical idea: maybe you could explain to them how different the two are. Couldn't hurt. Yes, in fact, it might work better than getting all spazzy about it. |
