Fan Clarification
Faramir the Brave

I said I threw in my two cents. It looks like I'll be expanding it to a nickel. This is in response to Goldi-locks' snubbing my opinion. First of all I assume Goldi-locks has read the books since her name is from the books. I also assume she is of the feminine gender since her name is a girls name. So if she has read the books I wonder, was it before or after seeing the movie. If it was after the movie I would say "she" is just saying it in her own defense of my ideas. If it was before the movie I would say "she" has a decent argument. Let me apologize and clarify what I meant by "little" fans. I would say that if you are introduced to LOTR from the movie and fail to read the books (after a reasonable amount of time)that you are not a true fan because out of laziness you did not use the time or the effort to read the books. The movie was good but I was dissapointed that they changed so many little details. So I would say that if you only watched the movie you can not be considered an avid fan. As so many people actually watched the film you can not call them all fans. Liking something is a lot different than being a fan. A fan would put forth effort to expand their knowledge of Tolkiens world. This is not done by looking at websites that (as goldi-locks said) deal with the movies. The movies sites I think are for those who are interested in the development of how the movie portrays the book. I am tired of agruing. But if you care that much about punctuation go to a shakespeare website.
