Re: A Few Things
Ar-Pharazon
Annatar, you are loathsome and a fool. Men do not need your "reluctant" leadership to know what we can accomplish. When men were finally left on their own and did not have to listen to the silver tounges of other races (including worthless Maia such as yourself), we created the greatest kingdom ever seen in Middle Earth.
The great armada of Numenor landed at Umbar, and Sauron, even with his useless little ring, dared not to go against the power of Numenor. Without even a fight, you begged like a dog at me feet. Due to my charity, you lived. I brought you back to Numenor to look on our glory and you were astounded. The strength of Utumno and Angband, nor even Valinor, were a comparison to the greatness of Numenor and the might and skill of Men.
Not even the Valar, who had defeated your Master Melkor, dared to challenge us when we went to take what should have been given us. Eru himself had to intervene to defeat us. He denies us immortality because he knows Men would rule all of Middle Earth.
Even with a miniscule token of our strength, we defeated you in the Battle of Dagorlad. You were vanquished in hand-to-hand combat with Elendil and the mighty Isildur cut the ring while you cowered in the muck. Some guy named PJ thinks you were some great guy with a big mace who could knock around 10 men with one blow. I beleive PJ needs to read the Silmarillion and the Appendices of the ROTK a little closer.
You were so afraid of Elessar, that you rushed all of your plans and were finally defeated by a Hobbit (just a "small" race of men) and the Lord Elessar.
No, Annatar, we do not need nor want your help. We can do just fine without you.
Ar-Pharazon the Golden, greatest king of Middle Earth
