Eagerly Waiting
Mekenti

I just recently viewed the Fellowship DVD and am extremely excited about the bonus footage. I was excited to begin with when I heard phrases like "thirty minutes of bonus material" and "directly inserted into the original film", but now that I have a glimpse of what is to be expected, I can't wait! Elven Exodus! Council! Lothlorien! Gifts! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!
Does anybody else feel this way, or am I just a geek?

Post Script: Balrogs have wings only on Thursdays. Gandalf was bald. Frodo had a twitch in his left eye, this led to an ashamed feeling, this led to invisibility (wanting to disappear because of embarassment) when putting on the Ring. Minas Tirith had black stone walls with white mortar. And anything, that's ANYTHING, Tolkien wrote was allegorical with strong Christian undertones.
