Rings 'n' Balrogs Wings
Annatar

Fingolfin, your post about Balrogs having wings yet unable to fly hits it square on. Intimidation is the thing. Although I do think if the drop wasn't too severe they could glide a little and survive, but no flight possible. I hesitate to mention but the example of Gothmog killed by the hand of Ecthelion is ever so slightly wrong. Gothmog did fall, but he fell into a fountain, and because he was locked together with Ecthelion (armour and all) was drowned. I dont mean to nit pick, your post was dead on the ball. Smee and Smo, you know best which ring you desire most but pick the best looking of the lot, even if it does cost more, because in the long run you will only regret not spending that little bit more. Go on, buy Galadriels ring you know you wanna! See you all later :)
