Tolkien Spinning In His Grave
Christian Hobbit

This article is for the people who say "Lord of the Rings" has nothing to do with Christianity, and it's principles.

It was Tolkien who said, and I quote,"God is the Lord of andgels, and of men - and of elves."

Aragorn, who was the rightful king of Gondor, the Kingdom of humans for the most part. Just as Jesus is the King of all man, Aragorn is the King of Man in the books, which makes him Christ figur in the story. Elves are also like angels. They are immortal, but are not perfect, and can die of a broken heart, or the loss of thier head. Angels are just the same, they are not perfect, and says in the Bible even that God puts humans before angels.

Sauron would also be, of course, the evil side, which makes him the devil figure. That would make the Orcs the demon figures.

There are books written by some of the most God fearing people in the world. I challenge you to read some of the books, and try to say then that Tolkien was just writing a story, a myth, and not something that has to do with Christianity.

Here are some book titles:

"Tokien's Ordinary Vitues" by Mark Eddy Smith
"Tokien - Man & Myth" by Joseph Pearce
"Tolkien A Celebration" by Joseph Pearce
"Finding God in Lord of the Rings" by Kurt Bruner and Jim Ware

That's all I will give you, and hope you read them for your benefit, and maybe even the benefit for others.

(Thank you to "Thomas" for sharing these books titles with me.)
