Sauron's Visibility
Brett C.

Pandora, the short answer to yur question is that there are currently two theories on this site about Sauron being visible; either [a] he does not become invisible for the same reason as Gandalf and Galadriel while wearing a ring of power, being that he is an immortal and alredy exists in both seen and unseen worlds, or [b] he didn't feel like it at the time. You can check the recent posts for more info on these theories.

Incidentally, as long as we're talking about the opening sequence, I wonder will we get to see Gil-galad incinerated by Sauron's burning touch in the extended version. [Gil-galad, isn't that elvish for crispy-fried?..hahahahahahahah..he he..huh..I think this ring Annatar palmed off is starting to get to me.]
