Pronunciation Guide to Malfinwen

Hey, Malfinwen, the pronunciation of Eowyn and Eomer have always confused me too. I always thought they were pronounced (yo- win) and (yo- mer) But, I was talking to my friend (who knows a ton about LOTR) and she says that its pronounced (ay-o-win) and (ay-o-meer). When she pronounced it that way I thought she was crazy. But, the Two Towers preview on the DVD confirms that this is indeed the correct way to prounounce it. As to your brother and his friend, I hope this clears things up.
