Apologies and Explanation for Down Time
Matthew Bass

Hello folks. I just wanted to apologize for the recent down-time that the site has been experiencing. The explanation for it is pretty straightforward, though: the site is receiving lots of traffic (LOTS of traffic) and it causes me to exceed my bandwidth limitations every now and then. If I exceed my limit in the middle of the month, I usually order more bandwidth. If I exceed on the last few days of the month, I usually wait for the next month to get here so my bandwidth limit will automatically reset. Anyway, there's your explanation. You don't have to worry about the site being down temporarily... it's not going to go away permanently. My aim is to keep TolkienMovies.com providing you movie news well through the release of RotK in 2003. Thanks for visiting!
