If New Line Releases It, We Will Come
Anonymous

Last December, a great many people across the world, walked into a movie
theater and for the first time were exposed to the magic which is J.R.R.
Tolkien's classic trilogy The Fellowship of the Ring, in the first segment
Lord of the Rings. At precisely the same time, a great many others also
walked in and discovered the already known magic of this world at last seen
on celluloid through the creative genius of Peter Jackson, New Line Cinema,
WETA, and all other cast and crew involved in the production. This was an
amazing, if not unprecedented, event. A work of fiction creating a legacy
lasting generations, which served to spawn an entire genre of writing, came
to life before our very eyes. And this, the first of a trilogy, served to set
yet another standard of excellence, not only in fiction, but in the
accomplishment of unparalleled cinematic creation. By taking on the
production of such a historically significant literary work, New Line has the
potential to create their own historical marker.

We, the devoted viewers, the tireless fans, the Tolkien novices, have shared
in your excitement and thrilled at your successes. We await with intense
anticipation, the second movie and your continued staging of Tolkien's
legend, our interests further whetted by rumors of a four hour TTT. We would
like to extend to you, New Line Cinema, the producers, the director, the fx
people, the cast and everyone involved in this massive undertaking, our most
sincere support for this rumored four hour production of The Two Towers, as
seen through Peter Jackson's brilliant vision….
