The Two Towers: New Shots and Info
Staff Reporter

Each and every day a new little dab of information trickles from the folks at EA on their upcoming J.R.R. Tolkien videogame, The Lord of the Rings The Two Towers.

From a FAQ EA gave us today we were ebale to discern details of the publisher's relationship with New LIne Cinema and Director Peter Jackson's studio, while getting a better look at the developer Stormfront Studios, too.

Stormfront has about 90 people working on the action-combat title, due this fall, which enables you to play as three of the members of the fellowship, Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas, while other members such as say, Gandalf, may fight beside you in certain sections of the game.

For those fans of the movie, this game uses the likeness and voice acting from various actors in the movie, and the characters will also use several of the weapons from the movie, meaning that, for instance, Legalos uses his lightning quick archery skills but may use his arrows in hand-to-hand weapons as well. Players should expect to play through 13 mission locations in the game, too.
