I've been meaning to ask this for a long time. As far back as 2000, this site has had Nick Nolte listed as being cast as Beregond. Now, we all know about his current legal troubles, so here's my question: Was Nick Nolte's casting ever finalized? If so, did his arrest prevent him from taking part in the filming? Or was he filmed and later cut from the final release version? Any info is much appreciated.
