I was gonna make a comment about law enforcement individuals in helicopters but thought better of it.
Everett agreeing with Annatar!! You are on a slippery slope now... next you will be cursing the Elves for using humans in their unholy wars against the meek and humble Sauron the Great (still working on the humble).

The Hobbit could be very good if given the chance.
I'd love to see the Silmarillion (sp?)made into a TV series (The only viable way to do it). Pour truck loads of money into it, with decent actors and special effects.
